St. Edward's University Athletics

Gabe Jones was among the group of soccer players that put the men’s soccer program on the map. During his time in the program, he led the team to a conference title and three post-season appearances. Honors earned while at St. Edward’s include two-time All-Conference, Conference Freshman of the Year, three-time NAIA All-District, NAIA SW Regional Team and NAIA All-American. Jones played professionally for several years in both Germany and the U.S., including time spent with the Dallas Burn in Major League Soccer.
