St. Edward's University Athletics

Trlicek was a two-year letterwinner for the Hilltoppers in 1983 and 1984. He was a two-time all-conference awardwinner and an all-district performer. In 1983, Trlicek was also named conference and district Player of the Year, as well as first-team all-America. He owns single season records in slugging percentage (.893), and career records in batting average (.396) and slugging percentage (.791). The cum laude honoree graduated in 1985 and is currently a CPA for Stephenson and Trlicek, P.C. in LaGrange, Texas.
