St. Edward's University Athletics

The Houston, Texas native rolled to a 5-1 week while leading St. Edward’s to a 2-1 record. Galvan went 3-0 in doubles, and improved to 10-0 on the season. She picked up a straight-set victory against No. 42 Dallas Baptist, going 6-3, 7-5 over Maria Camilo in singles. Galvan also earned a 9-7 win with partner Ivana Zecevic in doubles. The No. 14 ranked singles player in the South Central region’s only loss during the week came against the No. 10 team in the South region Florida Southern.
