DALLAS, Texas – St Edward’s baseballer CJ Manning was named Heartland Conference Hitter of the Week for the week of March 11-17. This was the second time he has won this award this season.
 
CJ Manning helped anchor a Hilltopper offense that swept Texas A&M-International this past weekend. He was steady in all three games compiling three multi-hit games and driving in a run in each game. Manning came up with multiple two out hits on the weekend, while he also caught all three games and helped lead the pitching staff to its three victories. For the week, Manning hit .583, with four RBI, and three runs scored.
