DALLAS, Texas – St. Edward's sophomore CAMERON STANTON has a 13.2 inning scoreless streak going as he has proven to be a solid rotation starter for the Hilltoppers early in the season. As of Monday afternoon, Stanton can now add Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Week to his notable accomplishments. 
 
Stanton's lone appearance of the week was a memorable one as he fired a six-inning start in which he allowed just one hit against UH-Victoria. In addition to only allowing a single hit in his start, he struck out five batters and added his second win of the season to move his record to 2-0.
