DALLAS, Texas - St. Edward's sophomore OWAIN HOSKINS was named Heartland Conference Defensive Player of the Week by the league office on Monday.

Hoskins helped lead the No.8-ranked St. Edward's Men's Soccer team to a 2-0 week. The sophomore defender led the defense that shut out both Oklahoma Christian and Rogers State. Hoskins came up huge on the offensive end as well. Hoskins scored in the 108th minute with the game-winner against Rogers State.
