Final Results

CARMEL, Ind. – The Hilltopper Women's Golf team shot a final-round 307 to finish in fifth place in the 16-team field of the 2015 UIndy Fall Invitational Tuesday afternoon. The tournament was held at the Par 72, 6,095-yard Prairie View Golf Club.
 
JESSICA TAMEN shot a second-round 77 to end as the top finisher for the Hilltoppers as she tied for seventh place. The top-10 finish was the second of her career and first since her freshman year in the 2013-14 season.
 
St. Edward's (316-307=623) finished three shots behind fourth place Tarleton State (310-310=620) and 10 strokes behind third place Dallas Baptist (309-304=613). Defending national champion Indianapolis (306-293=599) overtook Florida Tech (303-301=604) for first place on the final day.
 
Also competing for St. Edward's were SANDY LIVAS (80-74=154), who improved six shots from day one to finish tied for 11^th place, and JOHANY RIVERA (81-76=157), who improved five strokes to tie for 26^th place. ANA SOFIA BENAVIDES (83-80=163) ended tied for 50^th place, while ISABEL MORALES(80-84=164) finished tied for 53^rd place.
 
The Hilltoppers will be back in action Oct. 5-6 when they travel to take part in the Dixie State Invitational. The two-day, 36-hole tourney will take place at the Sand Hollow Golf Club in Hurricane, Utah.
