RESULTS THROUGH TWO ROUNDS
ORLANDO, Fla. – St. Edward's sits in ninth place after the first two round of the Rollins Legends Invitational, which is taking place at the Country Club of Orlando.
The Hilltoppers shot 302 in the opening round and then turned in a 315 in the second walk around the golf course.
Sophomore
LAURA RODRIGUEZ is tied for 20th place, which leads St. Edward's. She carded an 8-over-par 152 (74-78) in the first two rounds.
KIERSTEN BRYANT, the reigning Lone Star Conference Player of the Week, is tied for 34th place after shooting a 12-over 156 (75-81).
ELENA CASTANON (79-79–158) and
MAGDALENA LOPEZ (74-84–158) are tied for 37th.
ROMINA GONZALEZ is in 52nd place after turning in a 162 (85-77) over the first two rounds.
Dallas Baptist has the team lead, as the Patriots sit five strokes ahead of Nova Southeastern. Lynn's Matilda Wahren shot a 1-over-par 145 (71-74) to hold the lead in the individual race.
St. Edward's will tee off at 7:30 a.m. (CT) Tuesday for the final round.
