LUBBOCK, Texas - Lubbock Christian exploded for 10 runs in the fourth inning to hand St. Edward's a 12-0 loss Saturday. 

SEU was held to just two hits in the loss with LAUREN GARZA and TY'ERYKA PRESTON logging hits. JULISA ORTEGA suffered the loss, allowing two runs on four hits with one walk. 

It is just the fourth time this season the Hilltoppers have been held scoreless. They drop to 9-18 on the year and 6-13 in Heartland Conference play. They return to action on April 2 at 1 pm, hosting Angelo State for a non-conference game.
