DEAR VISITING INSTITUTIONS:

St. Edward's University is pleased to welcome you to Austin. We look forward to hosting your institution’s participating student-athletes and coaches on our campus.

We believe you will find the information provided on the webpage below to be helpful as you plan your travel. If you have special needs that have not been addressed, please give us a call a few weeks in advance so we can assist you.

Intercollegiate competition on St. Edward's University’s campus is conducted in a non-discriminatory manner which encourages enthusiasm while maintaining good sportsmanship and a positive attitude among spectators and participants in support of their teams. Like you, we expect the conduct before, during, and after competition to exemplify the highest traditions of intercollegiate athletics.

FANS - Tickets can be purchased https://gohilltoppers.com/sports/2012/9/30/Ticket%20Information.aspx
ENTRANCE - Buses my drop teams off at the Main Entrance on Andre Drive at the east entrance to the Recreation and Athletics Center (RAC). A representative of the University will direct the team to the locker rooms.
LOCKER ROOMS - The locker room will be located to the right, down the stairs, adjacent to the arena. A representative of the University will direct the team to the locker rooms. A University representative will escort the team to locker rooms.
ATHLETIC TRAINING - Taping tables and hot packs will be provided next to your bench. If you have specific requests, please contact Amanda Martinez at amart169@stedwards.edu. The athletic training room will only be available for emergency situations.
WATER - Visitors should bring their own individual water bottles. A 10-gallon water cooler or bottled water will be provided at each team bench.
TOWELS - Teams are expected to bring their own towels for bench use and showers.
From the East entrance, the locker room will be located straight down the hallway then down the stairs, adjacent to the arena. A representative of the University will direct the team to the locker rooms.
1. Venue will be cleaned and prepared to welcome teams 90 minutes prior to the contest (or first game of doubleheader).
2. Team bench, scorers’ table, and media table layout will follow NCAA guidance to the greatest degree possible.
3. Hand sanitization units will be conveniently located for use by both teams, game officials, table crews, media and any support staff necessary for conducting a contest.
