Junior (2012-13): Concluded his third season at St. Edward’s with a 3-7 singles record and doubles record of 8-11…defeated Eman Esfandi of #8 Laredo CC (03/28/13), 6-2, 6-3…also defeated Laredo CC on the doubles side, 8-2…topped a duo from #3 Colin County CC (03/09/13), 8-4…bested I-35 rival St. Mary’s (04/20/13) at the Heartland Conference Tournament, 8-5 in doubles action.
 
Sophomore (2011-12): Completed his second season on the Hilltop with a 4-9 singles record and a 5-8 doubles record…picked up his first singles victory of the season defeating Nathan Wilson of Dallas Baptist, 6-0, 6-0…he and doubles partner Adrian Garza defeated a team from #18 Cameron University (03/21/12).
 
Freshman (2010-11): Finished his first season as a Hilltopper with a 10-13 singles record and a 14-14 doubles record…picked up big victories against individuals from #6 Rollins College and #31 East Central during the week of 03/07/11…he and his partner Jonathon Stockdale defeated a duo from #2 Tyler Junior College (02/15/11)…the following match they defeated a team from #4 Laredo Community College…finished the season with a close 8-6 loss to a doubles team from #2 Valdosta State in NCAA Elite Eight.
 
Prep: Attended Colegio Visconde de Porto Suguro in Sau Paolo, Brazil.

Personal: Alexandre Weiss Bueno was born on Aug. 30, 1991…son of Marcelo and Monica Bueno of Sao Paolo, Brazil…has one sibling: Nicole (18)…currently studying economics with hopes of becoming successful and happy within his workplace…enjoys to read and listen to music…his biggest athletic thrill was going to the 2011 NCAA National Tournament.
