Junior 2013-14 (Junior): Finished the season with an overall singles record of 12-7 playing mostly in the number one spot…recorded a doubles record of 14-7…he was undefeated in Heartland Conference play (5-0) in singles action.
 
Sophomore 2012-13 (Collin County CC): Undefeated in singles play until the NJCAA National Tournament and was ranked #1 with his doubles partner, only losing two matches all year.
 
Freshman 2010-11 (Vincennes): Named an honorable mention All-American in his first season with Vincennes on the singles side…finished the season with an overall singles record of 12-6…advanced to the semifinals of his singles flight… won the doubles set two flight to clinch a national title in his first season…was named a first-team all-American and finished with an overall doubles record of 18-4.
 
Prep: Attended Premier High School in Mission, Texas.
 
Personal: Patrick Edward Clynes was born on Sept. 12, 1991…son of Claudia Clynes of McAllen, Texas…currently studying International Business at St. Edward’s…his hobbies include playing soccer and fishing…his biggest athletic thrill was winning the national championship with his team at Vincennes University.
