DALLAS, Texas – Senior MELISA GONZALEZ (Saltillo, Mexico) was named this week's Heartland Conference Golfer of the Week for the week ending Feb. 20.
 
Gonzalez led the #2 Hilltoppers to a second-place finish at the Lady Rattler Roundup. She was also third individually at the event and posted rounds of 76 and 74. This was her highest finish this year and was the best since she finished as the Heartland Conference Individual Champion in 2011.
