Box Score SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The St. Edward's men's soccer team improved to 5-3-1 on the season with a 3-0 win against their I-35 rival St. Mary's Thursday evening. The defensive unit for the Hilltoppers has been outstanding by recording its sixth shutout in the last seven games.
St. Edward's managed the pace of play by outshooting the Rattlers 9-6 throughout the match. It wasn't until the second half that the Hilltoppers found the back of the net.
ANDREW FOX scored his third goal of the season by shooting short shot from the right corner.

DANIEL RILEY recorded his sixth goal of the season that was assisted by
ADAM BONVILLE. Fox completed the scoring for the Hilltoppers as he scored his second goal of the night during the 72
nd minute of play.

JOHN KASCHAK has continued his phenomenal play between the pipes. He has recorded his sixth shutout of the season. Kaschak stopped the three shots on goal including one at the beginning of the second period that would have given the advantage to the Rattlers.
