Box Score ABILENE, Texas - The St. Edward's Volleyball team dropped a 3-1 road decision to Heartland Conference rival McMurry Tuesday evening at Kimbrell Arena. The War Hawks bested the Hilltoppers, 25-12, 25-20, 23-25, 25-18.

St. Edward's (3-8, 1-2 HC) was led by KELLY JIMENEZ and ANNA AYCOCK, who both had eight kills for the Hilltoppers. ASHLEY RAPPAPORT led the visitors with 21 digs, while LOREN KELLY produced a double-double with 11 assists and 10 digs.

McMurry (5-7, 3-0 HC) was led by Kayla Hines, Kelsey Harkins, and Taylor Seaton, who all had nine kills. Ayssa Garcia led all players with 27 digs.

St. Edward's will be back in action Thursday when they host Heartland Conference rival Newman. First-serve is set for 7 p.m. at the Recreation and Convocation Center in Austin, Texas. Live video and stats will be available on the Hilltopper Athletics Website.
