TOP QUOTES
SEU Head Coach Mary DeJute on the home-opening win over Southern Arkansas …
"It was great. It was loud, which was nice. Having the addition of the pep band and the cheerleaders; that was really nice to start off the home season. The ladies played well; I definitely saw some young players do some great things; we also had some returners that had some really nice games."
DeJute on the loss to Midwestern State …
"Our offense was not effective at all. We slowed things down, which is not our norm. I don't feel like we tried to take control of the net at all. I am a little disheartened on serve reception. They took us out of our system totally. Hats off to them. We definitely have to do a better job tomorrow."
