THEY SAID IT
SEU Head Coach J.J. Riehl on the Hilltoppers' bounce-back win …
"A big win today for us. I thought we got tough and we executed at the end of the game, which we didn't do last Saturday at Oklahoma Christian, and made a game much closer last week than it should have been and tonight, Rogers played well. We had a tough time defending them. Obviously, the positives, we were able to get stops. At the end of the game, we took some big charges and got some big rebounds and then were able to execute the end of the game situation with the press and going to the foul line and making free throws. Really pleased with the rebound after an emotional last 48 hours; really not 48, I guess 36 that the kids have been through. You know, just have to go back to work and get better at the things we need to get better at and start trying to hammer home who we are and what we're about, and finding our identity a little bit, and get a little more confident in making shots in tough moments. But, really happy for the kids. This has been a tough 36 hours. So, happy and proud of their resolve and making sure that we came away with a win today."

SEU Junior guard BAILEY HILL on her hot start offensively …
"Once I first started hitting my first threes, and then you know, the floater [and] jump shots, I knew that my scoring was going to be a big help for us today, so I just kept throwing the ball up and just kept going in."

Hill on rebounding off Thursday loss and losing another starter to injury ..
"Definitely from Haley [Joly's] injury, that gave us a fire under us and a lot of it was for her. So, a lot of us had to step up, including me, and I think we just pulled together in the end and we got the win."

WHAT'S NEXT
