Pair of men's soccer players honored on Sunday

Fyfe, Villatoro named to LSC All-Tournament team


SAN ANTONIO – PARKER FYFE and EDDIE VILLATORO were selected to the Lone Star Conference Championship All-Tournament team, the league office announced on Sunday.

Fyfe, a senior from Austin, scored a goal in St. Edward's 3-2 overtime loss to No. 11 and top-seeded St. Mary's on Friday. He took a total of three shots in the two games during the tournament.

Villatoro, a sophomore from Carrollton, scored the game-winning goal in the Hilltoppers' 1-0 victory over Lubbock Christian in the quarterfinals.
