SILVER CITY, N.M. - Head Coach Stefanie Holler earned her 50th career win as the Hilltoppers breezed past Western New Mexico Saturday afternoon. St. Edward's held the Mustangs to just .021 attack percentage to win 25-15, 25-14, 25-20.

Big, early runs set SEU up for the wins in each set, as the Hilltoppers mounted large leads early. WNMU never had a chance to steal the win as St. Edward's used stringent defense to secure the win.

St. Edward's hit .217 on the afternoon and was led by HALLE SANDERS who posted 10 kills. LAUREN SCOTT added seven kills. Emily steam continued to run the offense expertly, posting 25 assists. Defensively, SARAH KONOVODOFF and KAITLYN KRAFKA shared the load defensively with nine digs each. 

St. Edward's improves to 8-5 on the year and 3-3 in Lone Star Conference play.
