GAME 1: Lubbock Christian 7, St. Edward's 1
St. Edward's totaled more hits than Lubbock Christian but couldn't string enough together to match the Lady Chaps in the runs column.

St. Edward's scored a run in the top of the first when ELLA HUTZLER drove in JERZIE PELHAM on a groundout to third.
Lubbock Christian struck again in the fifth, scoring three runs on two errors with two outs. The Hilltoppers loaded the bases with no outs in the sixth but failed to plate a run.
GAME 2: Lubbock Christian 4, St. Edward's 0
Lubbock Christian hit another home run in Game 2, getting a grand slam to center field from Ally Oyanguren in the second inning.
Herrera and Owens opened with a double and single, then after Riley Flores grounded out to third, Kamryn Gibbs hit an infield single to load the bases. Oyanguren pinch-hit for Sydnee Bowlin and drove in the game's only runs.
KATIE DILLON was a perfect 3-for-3 with a double, and GABI LOPEZ got the only other Hilltoppers' hit.
