AUSTIN, Texas – St. Edward's Volleyball is set to host this year's annual
St. Edward's Athletics Halloween event on Tuesday, October 28, inside the Recreation and Athletic Center (RAC) during the Hilltoppers' match against UT Dallas.
Volleyween begins with
trick-or-treating for kids from 5:00–5:45 p.m., featuring all St. Edward's athletic teams handing out candy. The
St. Edward's Cheer Team and
Topper will also be on hand for photos and Halloween fun.
Children of SEU faculty and staff, and the general public are invited to show off their costumes and trick-or-treat before cheering on the volleyball team!
The night will also feature a
Halloween Costume Contest for SEU students who attend the match. Students must register on-site prior to the
6:00 p.m. match. The contest will feature
four prize categories:
- Best Overall
- Most Creative
- Scariest
- Funniest
Participants will parade along the gym floor between sets, with a
panel of campus judges selecting the winners. Winners will be announced between the second and third sets and recognized on social media.
Admission:
- Free for St. Edward's students, faculty, staff, and children under 10.
- $11 general admission.
- $6 for alumni, senior citizens, military members, and non-St. Edward's students with a valid ID.
