The NCAA DII Conference Commissioners' Association announced its All-Region Teams, naming St. Edward's softball outfielder KATIE DILLON to the D2CCA All-South Central Region Softball Second Team.
 
Dillon led St. Edward's with a .423 batting average, 42 runs scored, and 29 stolen bases, earning All-LSC First Team honors. She broke St. Edward's softball single-game record for stolen bases, taking five against Texas A&M International on April 25. 
 
St. Edward's senior outfielder posted one of the top seasons in program history, posting the program's fourth-best single-season batting average, seventh-best on-base percentage (.473), eighth-most hits (71), and fourth-most stolen bases. She finishes her career eighth all-time in walks drawn and third all-time in stolen bases. 
 
West Texas A&M junior Emilee Boyer earned both the Player and Pitcher of the Year honors in the South Central Region. The pitcher/utility player from Harrisburg, S.D. enters the NCAA Super Regionals with a .469 batting average, a .956 slugging percentage and a .578 on-base percentage. She leads the team with 21 home runs, and 34 of her 75 hits are for extra bases.
 
In the circle, Boyer is 28-4 in 37 appearances with 13 complete games, two saves and a 2.02 ERA. She has struck out 235 batters and has five complete game shutouts. Opponents are hitting only .198 against her this season.
