AUSTIN, Texas — St. Edward's University Head Softball Coach Hailey Post has resigned from her position, Director of Athletics Dr. Jim Sarra announced on Monday.
"We are grateful to Coach Post for her dedication to St. Edward's University and our softball program over the past three years," said Sarra. "She has invested in the development of our student-athletes both on and off the field, and we appreciate her commitment to the Hilltopper community. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors."
Post led the Hilltoppers for three seasons, guiding the program to a Lone Star Conference Tournament appearance during her tenure.
A national search for the next head softball coach will begin immediately.
