2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
• Appeared in 25 games with one start
• Averaged 4.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in 11 minutes per game
• Scored a season-high 13 points against Colorado School of Mines (11/12)
• Grabbed a season-high nine rebounds against Schreiner (12/3)
 
PREP: Played six years of basketball for coach Mark Mcleod and three years of volleyball for coach Wegner…went from averaging 11.4 points per-game her freshman year to 21.3 points a game her senior year…also averaged 13.7 rebounds, and 2.2 steals in her senior season…finished her prep career averaging double-digit rebounds and points a game…scored over 2,00 career points…named to all-tournament teams at five separate events, and most valuable player four times…helped team to top-three finishes at state all four years of high school, including a first-place finish her junior season…named to the Lonestar Dean's List twice.
 
PERSONAL: Madison June Schenck was born Feb. 13, 1997…daughter of Matthew and Yvette Schenck…has three siblings: Josh, Marie and Mikayla…majoring in business management…enjoys being with family and friends, listening to music and mission work…biggest athletic thrill is winning state her junior season.
