• Heartland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll (Fall 2015, Spring 2016)

 
Junior (2016): Appeared in 19 games while making 13 starts in the circle...compiled a 4-7 record with a 5.85 ERA in 64.2 innings of work…struck out 40 batters and had three complete games…gave up just three hits and struck out seven in a complete-game victory over Newman (3/5)…struck out a season-high nine batters against nationally-ranked St. Mary’s (3/23).
 
Sophomore (2015) (Arizona Western JC): Appeared in 28 games making 23 starts in the circle for the Matadors…compiled a 14-7 record with a 3.19 ERA for a team that finished 40-19 and advanced to the regional tournament.
 
Freshman (2014) (Arizona Western JC): Appeared in 29 games while making 24 starts in the circle…registered a 24-4 record with 2.79 ERA for a Matador team that finished 49-9 and advanced to the NJCAA National Tournament…was named NFCA second-team all-America, NFCA first-team all-region, NJCAA first-team all-region, and first-team all-ACCAC her sophomore season.
 
Prep: A four-year letterwinner for head coach Amanda Hockett at Stockdale High School…was named first-team all-area pitcher as a senior and first-team all-area utility as a junior…compiled a 43-19 record, a 0.80 ERA, and 436 strikeouts during her high school career…member of the Honor Roll and Dean’s List.
 
Personal: Ashlee Nikole Rex was born on May 2, 1995…daughter of Audria Hull…has two siblings: Noah (11) and Alyssa (10)… majoring in psychology…enjoys hanging out with friends and family…biggest athletic thrills are hitting a walk-off single to advance high school team to regionals and getting the pitching victory over Eastern Arizona to give Western Arizona regional hosting duties.
