PREP: Lettered four seasons for head coach Jamie Hutchison at Pearland Dawson High School…was named first-team all-district her freshman through junior season in which she helped lead her team to the area round of the state playoffs…also named academic all-state, the district's offensive most valuable player and first-team all-region her junior season…member of the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society.
 
PERSONAL: Elizabeth Renee Rodriguez was born Feb. 21, 1998…daughter of John and Aglael Rodriguez…has two siblings: Victoria (15) and Claudia (7)…plans to major in kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy…enjoys reading and science…biggest thrill is scoring with minutes left in a big game.
