Biography

2025 (Senior): Megan Morris started all 55 games at shortstop and finished second on the team in batting average, runs, and RBI at .335, 31, and 38. She recorded 60 hits, including seven doubles and two home runs. Morris was 9-for-10 in stolen bases. She hit a walk-off single against MSU-Denver on Feb. 6, and two home runs against Western New Mexico. Her 36 career doubles are tied for eighth-most in program history. 

2024 (Junior): Morris started all 52 games and led St. Edward's with a .329 batting average and 22 RBI. She recorded 11 doubles and a triple with 14 runs scored and stole 14 bases. She led the team with 132 assists at shortstop and posted a .943 fielding percentage. 

2023 (Sophomore): Morris started all 55 games at second base and hit .269 with 20 RBI, five doubles, a triple, a home run, and 13 runs scored. She posted 17 stolen bases. 

2022 (First-Year): Megan Morris started 43 games for St. Edward's in her first season, earning All-LSC Freshman Team honors. She hit .314 with 21 RBI, 20 runs scored, and a team-high 13 doubles.
