Started 16 of 17 games played, totaling the third-most minutes on the team at 1,464 minutes ... Scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in St. Edward's LSC Quarterfinal win over UT Tyler on Nov. 9 ... Finished the season with 13 shots, including seven on gold ... Played all 90 minutes in 13 games and helped lead St. Edward's to the second-best defense in the LSC ... Earned All-LSC Third Team and All-Freshman Team honors. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Pablo lettered in soccer for three years and basketball and football one year. In soccer, he was a three-time First Team All-District selection and twice named Defensive MVP for the two-time District Champions. He also competed for Lonestar ECNL Red. 

PERSONAL 
His parents are Johnny Zavala and Jennifer Cantu, and his siblings are  Theodore, Rose, Wes, Joaquin, Elena, and Caroline. Pablo volunteers at the Central Texas Food Bank.
