Junior (2014): Saw action in 19 matches, while making 18 starts as the anchor of the Hilltopper backline…had a team-best for a field player with 1,518 minutes of action…the defense finished 11th in the country allowing just 0.49 goals-against average…scored two game-winning goals in back-to-back contests versus rival St. Mary’s, with the second one coming in overtime of the Heartland Conference semifinals (11/6).
 
Sophomore (2013): In her first year playing for the Hilltopper she played in 21 matches and started in 20 of them…she recorded a total of 1,358 minutes…tallied one goal and six assists for the season.
 
Redshirt Freshman (Memphis) (2012): Appeared in nine matches, making one start for the Tigers.
 
Freshman (Memphis) (2011): Appeared in four matches in her first season with the Tigers…two of the four matches were in conference or postseason play…recorded her first collegiate assist against University of Arkansas-Little Rock.
 
Prep: Lettered four years on the soccer team and two years on the tennis team at John Paul II High School…she was the team captain during the 2010 and 2011 seasons…named defensive MVP and was named first-team all-state in 2010…repeated her MVP honors in 2011…named second-team all-state in 2011…a part of the Cardinal Crew Ambassadors…an A/B Honor Roll student from 2008-11…helped lead her club team (Sting ’93) to a national championship in 2007 and state championship in 2012.
 
Personal: Katherine Jean Donahue was born on Oct. 5, 1992…daughter of Dan and Cathy Donahue of Plano, Texas…has one sibling Karen (29)…a marketing major…her hobbies include playing tennis and beach volleyball…she enjoys listening to music and attending concerts…her biggest athletic thrill was competing in the NCAA Tournament.
