Sophomore (2015) (Trinity Valley JC): Appeared in 55 games for the Lady Cardinals…she compiled a .255 batting average with 20 runs scored and five RBI…named honorable mention all-conference.
 
Freshman (2014) (Temple JC): Appeared in eight games, registering two hits, two RBI, and five runs scored for a team that went 46-11 and finished as runner up at the NJCAA Regional Tournament.
 
Prep: A four-year letterwinner for head coach Rebecca Sharkey at Cedar Creek High School…named first-team all-district her senior season and honorable mention all-district her junior season…also named all-Bastrop County her junior and senior seasons…had a career .400 batting average and a .987 fielding percentage during her high school career…member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Nicole Elaine Parnell was born on Oct. 18, 1994…daughter of Paul and Brenda Parnell…has one sibling: Jessica (15)…plans to major in marketing at St. Edward’s…enjoys drawing and listening to music…her biggest athletic thrill is making a diving catch in the outfield.
