2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

• Appeared in 28 games and averaged 9.8 minutes per contest
• Averaged 2.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and one assist per game
• Best statistical contest came vs. Trinity (11/26/16) when he tied a season-high with eight points, grabbed a season high seven rebounds and added three assists

HIGH SCHOOL:
A four-year letterwinner for head coach Randy Feemster at Trinity Christian Addison...named TAPPS 5A Offensive Player of the Year, TAPPS first-team all-district and TAPPS state all-tournament, TAPPS first-team all-state while leading his team to the TAPPS State Tournament Final Four...averaged 16 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals on his way to being named TABC first-team all-state...participated in the TABC All-Star Game...named academic all-state...member of the National Honor Society, French National Honor Society, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mark Daniel Paterson was born Jan. 2, 1997…son of Dan and Karen Paterson… has two siblings: Luke, Corrie and Matthew …brother, Matthew, is also a member of the SEU men’s basketball team …majoring in business …biggest athletic thrill is playing in a state championship.
