Junior (2011-12): Had an overall record of 0-3, and a doubles record of 1-3…had back-to-back doubles wins against Newman and SE Oklahoma State…his partners during the two wins were Alexandre Bueno and Adrian Garza…finished the season strong with two wins against Newman and St. Mary’s in the Heartland Conference Tournament.
 
Sophomore (2010-11): In his second season at St. Edward’s he had an overall record of 1-4 in singles and a doubles record of 4-3…his lone singles win came against Texas A&M winning his match, 6-2, 2-6, 6-1, against Beau Blackshear…picked up a win in a doubles match against #2 Tyler Junior College...other doubles match wins came against SE Oklahoma State, Laredo Community College, and UT-San Antonio.
 
Freshman (2009-10): Had an overall record of 0-2 during his first season on the Hilltop…went 1-1 in doubles play on the season…faced off against Alex Hillard of #4 ranked Texas and lost his singles match…lost a tough decision against Texas with partner Bernard Lancaster, 8-6…picked up is lone victory of the season in a doubles match against Arkansas-Fort Smith…Stockdale and Lancaster won, 8-1.
 
Prep: Competed at Lake Travis High School in Austin, Texas.

Personal: Jonathon Andrew Stockdale was born on March 28, 1990…son of Andy and Betsy Stockdale of Austin, Texas…has one sibling: Caroline (16)…currently studying entrepreneurship at St. Edward’s…is current objective is to lead his team to the NCAA National Tournament…enjoys fishing and playing the guitar…his biggest athletic thrill was beating Abilene Christian.
