Junior (2016): Appeared in 45 games while making 43 starts in the outfield…hit over .300 for the third-straight season with a .307 batting average…third on the team with six stolen bases…produced a .958 fielding percentage.

Sophomore (2015): Appeared and started in 38 games…produced a .328 batting average with 19 runs scored and 12 RBI…stole 10-of-13 bases during the year…only struck out four times in 122 plate appearances…registered a 10-game hitting streak and had eight multiple hit games.

Freshman (2014): Appeared in 55 games, making 44 starts…finished the season third on the team in batting average (.352), and third in both hits (51) and runs scored (29)…tied for second on the team with 18 stolen bases in 26 attempts…ended the season on a 14-game hitting streak that included eight games with multiple hits.

Prep: Played four years of softball at Brazoswood High School…in 2011 she helped her team advance to the region quarterfinals of the Texas playoffs…awarded second-team all-district during the same season…again made the regional quarterfinals in 2012…named to the all-county first-team in 2012…awarded 2012 offensive player of the year…named to the all-district second-team in 2012…a part of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Breah Danyelle Whitten was born on April 20, 1995…daughter of Keith and Tammy Whitten of Clute, Texas…has three siblings: Mallory (11), Maranda (11), and Braxton (4)… majoring in communications…her hobbies include playing with her dog, hanging with friends, watching tv, and listening to music…her biggest athletic thrill is making a diving catch, and pulling off an unexpected win.
