Freshman (2016): Appeared in 37 games while making one start…scored nine runs and stole one base as she was used as primarily a pinch runner.
 
Prep: Played her prep ball for head coach Sarah Mueller at Cypress Ranch High School…first-team all-district her senior season…named first-team all-district her junior season after registering a .385 batting average with 28 runs scored and 20 RBI…was also named team most valuable player and collected the team's Pride and Hustle award…helped lead team to area round of the playoffs…named academic all-district and was a member of the National Honor Society, along with the A/B Honor Roll.
 
Personal: Jinny Lin Stricklin was born May 20, 1997…daughter of Todd and Stacey Stricklin…has two siblings: Jeremy (27) and Tanner (21)… majoring in kinesiology…also enjoys baking, hunting, fishing and working out…describes her biggest athletic thrill as the adrenaline rush when things fall in your teams favor and we play as one.
