DALLAS, Texas – Senior forward RACHEL MURRAY was named Heartland Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday for the week of October 23–29. This is Murray's second player of week award this year and now has earned this award six times during her collegiate career. 
 
Murray led St. Edward's to a 2-0 record over the week by defeating UT-Permian Basin and Lubbock Christian in conference play. In the Hilltoppers' 9-1 win over UT-Permian Basin, Murray celebrated "Senior Day" with a hat trick and one assist. Murray scored the first goal of the match in St. Edward's 3-0 win against Lubbock Christian.
 
Murray is now first on the team with 21 points, first in goals with seven, and tied for first in assists with seven. Murray has also made a dent in the school's record book. She now ranks first in school history with 114 points, first in assists with 34, and second in goals with 40. In the Heartland Conference, Murray ranks fourth in goals scored, tied for first in assists, and third in points.
