TOP QUOTE
Head Coach Nick Cowell on his 400th-career win…
"We're just really happy to play well against a good team. They're a team we're battling with for second, third and fourth place in the Heartland Conference and they always give us a tough game. We tied 0-0 at their place, and we felt like we didn't play very well. Today there were stretches where we didn't play well, but we didn't let them score. That was the important thing – to come through the game with a shutout."
Junior midfielder
SABRINA CONE on getting the game-winning goal…
"We had a streak of games where we weren't very happy with our performance. We had to reevaluate and decide how we wanted to end the season. We knew if we didn't get the fire in our belly, the season could potentially be over. It was good to get a goal, but I knew we had a lot of game to play. I'm proud of my team for staying intense throughout."
