LAWTON, Okla. - St. Edward's volleyball continued their impressive October run, defeating Cameron University 3-0 Friday evening.
The Hilltopper attack was outstanding, posting a .313 attack percentage for the match.
LAURA DOOCY led the way with a season-high 11 kills with just two errors for a .529 attack percentage. In all, SEU had just nine attack errors on 112 attempts.
St. Edward's was just as strong defensively, posting 15 blocks, led once again by Doocy who had five block assists.
ALEXA MCANDREW led with 14 digs as the Hilltoppers posted 50 digs on the evening.
SEU improves to 13-6 on the year and 8-2 in Lone Star Conference play. They return to action on Saturday evening, facing Arkansas-Fort Smith at 1 pm in Fort Smith, Ark.
