Game Two:  UAFS 8, SEU 6

The Lions scored in the top of the first as two errors by the Hilltoppers allowed them to take the early 1-0 lead. After two scoreless innings, Stacey Bailey hit his second two-run homer of the series to give the Hilltoppers a slim 2-1 advantage.

In the fourth, the Hilltoppers drove in three runs to extend their lead. Kyler Kerlin got the scoring started with a two-run double. Kerlin would go on to score on an error later in the inning to bring the score to 5-1. However, in the top of the fifth, UAFS put up three runs of their own to pull back within one.

After a scoreless sixth, the Lions put up four runs in the seventh to take the lead and go up 8-5, heading into the bottom of the seventh. Stacey Bailey's second home run of the day was not enough as the Hilltoppers dropped game one to the Lions.

Game Three: SEU 10, UAFS 4

Game two of the afternoon got off to a slow start as both teams failed to put up runs in the game's first three innings.

In the fourth, the Lions broke the scoreless tie with a sacrifice fly to give them a 1-0 lead. A double-steal in the bottom half of the fourth allowed the Hilltoppers to tie the game as Turner Olson successfully stole home.

The Hilltoppers put up six runs in the bottom of the sixth to break the tie and take a commanding lead. Cullen Ainsworth drove in the inning's first run on a fielder's choice. The next batter, Stacey Bailey, doubled home a run to add on to their lead. A two-run double by Josh Graham and a two-run single by Kyler Kerlin capped off the scoring for the Hilltoppers as they took a 7-1 lead.

In the top of the sixth, UAFS hit a three-run homer to pull within three, but in the bottom of the sixth, the Hilltoppers got those three runs back on a Davis Drewek three-run blast.

Pitcher Eric Worden picked up his second victory of the season as he pitched four strong innings giving up just three runs while striking out seven batters.

Game Four:  SEU 9, UAFS 8

The Hilltoppers would then hit back-to-back-to-back home runs to take a commanding 6-0 lead. Cullen Ainsworth belted the first home run driving in three runs, while Stacey Bailey and Davis Drewek each hit solo home runs.

After a scoreless third, Morgan Allen extended SEU's lead to 7-0 on a solo home run in the fourth.

In the fifth, the Lions would respond with a big offensive inning of their own as they drove in four runs to pull within striking distance. However, Josh Graham responded with a two-run homer in the bottom of the inning to give the Hilltoppers a 9-4 lead.

In the sixth and seventh, the Lions put up two runs in each innings to pull within one run, but they could not score again as their comeback came up short.
