This week, the Lone Star Conference announced its 2023 women's soccer all-conference teams, naming St. Edward's CAITLYN GONZALEZ and ARI RAMIREZ to the All-LSC Second Team and ABIGAIL HALL to the All-Freshman Team. 
 
Ramirez led St. Edward's with 12 points this season, scoring a team-high five goals on 12 shots, including eight on goal and two assists. Ramirez scored three game-winners. The senior forward from McAllen, Texas, had a goal and assist for a season-high three points in the Hilltoppers' 3-1 win over West Texas A&M. 
 
Gonzalez led the Hilltoppers with six assists, finishing sixth in the conference. The graduate student from Austin, Texas, also scored two goals, including one game-winner, on 22 shots (nine on goal) for 10 points this season. She recorded a season-high two assists in the Hilltoppers' 2-2 draw against Texas Permian Basin. 
 
Hall played 13 games, starting two in her first season. She scored two goals on eight shots, five of which were on goal, for four points. 
 
St. Edward's went 6-7-3, including 5-5-2 in conference, earning a playoff spot in the Lone Star Conference Tournament.
