The Lone Star Conference revealed its 2025 Women's Soccer Preseason Poll, ranking St. Edward's women's soccer sixth in the conference and announcing sophomore forward

St. Edward's posted a 9-7-3 record last season, including 7-5-1 in conference play, taking TWU to double overtime penalty kicks in the LSC Quarterfinals. LSC sports information directors, head coaches, and media members vote in the preseason poll.
Rocha returns after a stellar LSC Freshman of the Year season, earning All-Region and All-LSC First Team after scoring 10 goals, including three game-winners, ranking second in the conference.
Schlumbohm recorded nine shutouts and a 9-7-3 record in her second season, finishing fifth in goals-against average (.988), second in total saves (91), and fourth in save percentage (.827), while posting a 4.0 GPA, earning LSC All-Academic Team honors.
Hannedouche started 17 of 19 games played, totaling 1,332 minutes, and led St. Edward's with six assists and scored a goal, totaling eight points.
St. Edward's opens its season in Colorado on September 4 against Colorado Mesa. The Hilltoppers' home opener is September 11 against North Greenville University, and conference play begins September 17 at home against Oklahoma Christian under the lights of Lewis-Chen Family Field.
The LSC women's soccer tournament will be held Nov. 7 (first round), Nov. 10 (quarterfinals), Nov. 13 (semifinals), and Nov. 16 (final). The first round and quarterfinal matches are played at the site of the higher seed. The top seed hosts the semifinals and final rounds.
