- Posted team’s best time in all six meets she competed in including a 24:55.00 (6K) at the NCAA South Regional meet (11/5)
2015 (FRESHMAN):
Competed in six events for the Hilltoppers…best finish came at the Our Lady of the Lake Invitational (7
th) in which she finished seventh…best 5K time (19:03) came at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/3) and is second-best in school history…was SEU’s second-best finisher at the Heartland Conference Championship (10/24) in which she finished 18
th…best 6K time was 23:32 ran at the Heartland Conference Championship.
PREP:
A seven-time letterwinner (4 cross country, 3 track and field) for coach Lovell at Antonian College Prepatory School...finished in top-10 in the conference all four years...all-state cross country honors twice...helped lead team to Texas Association of Private and Parochial School (TAPPS) state championships her freshman and senior year...named academic all-state twice...career-best times in cross country include: 11:46 2-mile, 19:00 5K...top times in track include: 5:35 mile, 1:03 400-meters, 2:26 800-meters, and 12:10 2-mile...member of the National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars, and Mu Alpha Theta...qualified for the honor roll her sophomore and junior years...honorable mention honors twice for the National Spanish exam, and third-place finish junior year.

Rachel Claire Frei was born on August 29, 1996...daughter of Michael and Sylvia Frei...has three siblings: Monica (20), Kathryn (17), and Michael (12)…Majoring in biology...hobbies include concerts and music festivals, watching good television, biking, video games, anime, cooking, and anything fun...biggest athletic thrill was winning third place at the TAPPS state meet her junior year … Knows Taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu.
