Freshman (2015): Competed in two events for the Hilltoppers…finished season-best 70^th at the Our Lady of the Lake Invitational (9/12)…best 5K time (22:42) came at the Missouri Southern Stampede (9/19).
 
Prep: A four-time varsity letterwinner for coach Devlyn Lovell at Antonian College Prep...helped team to a state cross country title in 2015 and third-place finish at state in track and field in 2013...named academic all-state and earned an academic letter all four years...also competed in track and volleyball...member of the 1600 meter relay regional championship team, breaking the school record with a time of 4:02...state finalist in the 400 meters and 1600 meter relay all four years...career best 400 meter time of 58.4 seconds...member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National Hispanic Honor Society, and the honor roll for all eight semesters...graduated with a 4.0 grade-point average.

Personal: Alyssa Victoria Gorday was born on September 25, 1996...daughter of Michael and Debbie Gorday...has one sibling: Steven...plans to major in graphic design at St. Edward's with hopes of becoming a graphic designer...hobbies include running, watching movies, listening to music, and going to the beach...shattering the school record in the 1600 meter relay at the 2015 regional championships is her biggest athletic thrill.
