Junior (2015): Appeared in 18 matches, making eight starts for a total of 57 sets…second on the team in assists with 221…started the season with seven-straight double-digit assists…capped off the season with 15 assists and 12 digs in a victory over Dallas Baptist (11/14).
Sophomore (2014): Appeared in 26 matches and 86 sets for the Hilltoppers…finished the season second on the team in assists with 318…averaged 3.70 assists per set which also ranked second…posted her season high in assists against UA Fort Smith (11/15) in the Heartland Conference Tournament Final…collected 193 digs…a season-best 18 digs came against St. Mary’s (9/13)...added seven more double-doubles, bringing her career total to eight...notched 16 ace serves.
Freshman (2013): Played in 27 matches including four starts and 95 sets…tallied 415 assists for the year which was second best on team…averaged 4.37 assists per set which was also good for second on the team…10 service aces on the year…finished the year with 155 digs…registered her first collegiate double-double against Tarleton State (10/22) with 24 assists and 15 digs…had her season and career-high of 28 assists against Western New Mexico (9/7).
Club: Played for the Ultimate Volleyball Club 18-Gold Team.
Prep: Played four years of volleyball at Lincoln-Way North in Frankfort, Ill.…received the coaches award in her freshman season…helped her team win the conference championship during her sophomore and junior seasons…she was awarded to the Southwest Suburban Conference-Red all-conference team her junior season…that season she recorded a school record of 723 assists…was awarded the team leadership award in her senior season…named scholar athlete all four years…played for the Ultimate Volleyball Club 18-Gold Team…awarded high honors in her four years at Lincoln-Way North…a part of the Spanish and Science Honor Society in her junior and senior years…was a member of the Mu Alpha Theta mathematics honor society.
Personal: Jaclyn Danielle Billie was born on Dec. 21, 1994…daughter of Daniel and Linda Billie of Frankfort, Ill…has one sibling Kristina…plans to graduate from St. Edward's with a bachelor's in accounting and continue on for an MBA…her hobbies include: traveling abroad...biggest athletic thrill is leading a team through a championship season.
