·      Dean’s List (Spring 2011)
 
Redshirt Junior (2012-13): Played in 22 games while starting four in his second season on the Hilltop…averaged 13.4 minutes of playing time during his junior season…scored 4.7 points and grabbed 1.9 rebounds per contest…to start the season, he scored in double figures in three-straight games…his best outing came against cross-town rival Huston-Tillotson (11/13/12) when he scored 16 points and hauled in five rebounds.
 
Redshirt Sophomore (2011-12): Saw action in 20 games for the Hilltoppers during his freshman season…averaged 3.1 points per game on the year…recorded his best game on 2011 New Years Eve against Notre Dame College…he scored 12 points shooting 5-8 from the field.
 
Sophomore (2010-11): Redshirted the season.
 
Freshman (Memphis) (2009-10): Played under head coach Josh Pastner…appeared in 10 games for the Tigers and recorded 12 tough minutes…that year he helped Memphis make an NIT appearance with a second round loss to Ole Miss.

Prep:  Played four years at the Albany Academy…averaged 16.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game…made the first-team all-tournament New York Section II in 2007-08…was a McDonald’s All-American Nominee in 2008-09…helped his team become the winningest team in school history and a number two ranking in the state of New York…also lettered in football.
 
Personal:  Tyler Joseph Foster was born on Dec. 5, 1990…son of Michelle Daisle of Albany, N.Y…has two siblings: Derek (24), and Jamel (23)…currently studying communications at St. Edward’s…enjoys hanging out with his friends…his biggest athletic thrill was playing with the University of Memphis.
