Junior (2012-13): Saw action in all 27 games and started two in her first season on the Hilltop…an All-Heartland Conference honoree averaged 9.1 points and 7.0 rebounds in her first year…her scoring average landed her in the Top-20 within the conference and her rebounding average was good enough for a top-five spot in the Heartland Conference…she also ranked third in the conference in field goal percentage making 52.8 percent of her shots…had a free-throw percentage 73.7 percent, good enough for ninth overall in conference…finished in a three way tie for fifth place in the conference averaging 0.8 blocks per game…boasted a top-10 finish in both offensive and defensive rebounding…was awarded Heartland Conference player of the week twice during the season…her best performance of the season came against rival St. Mary’s (02/14/13) where she scored 26 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in a triple-overtime classic.
 
Sophomore (Charleston (W.V.)) (2011-12): Appeared in 28 games for the Golden Eagles, while averaging a double-double with 12.7 points and 13.5 rebounds per contest…the 13.5 rebounds a game was second in the nation, while she also tallied 17 doubles-doubles, which was sixth in the nation…had her best two games against Wheeling Jesuit (1/12/12) with 22 points and 17 rebounds, along with, Fairmont State (1/16/12) with 23 points and 18 rebounds…reached double figures in rebounding 23 of 28 games this year…was named first-team all-conference.
 
Freshman (Charleston (W.V.)) (2010-11): Appeared in 28 games, while making 22 starts for Charlestown…averaged 4.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per contest
 
Previous School:  Played two seasons at the University of Charleston under head coach Sherry Winn…during her first season she helped her team win the conference championship…during her second season she made the all-conference first-team by averaging 12.7 points and 14 rebounds per game…finished second in the nation in rebounding, averaging 13.5 per contest.
 
Prep:  Attended Thomas Washington High School and played four years of basketball…during her junior season she was named to the all-conference second-team…in her senior season she won the all-district award and participated in the OCC all-star game…she was named to the all-conference first-team.
 
Personal:  Erika Anne Rousculp was born on July 13, 1992…daughter of Eric and Lisa Rousculp of Washington, Ohio…has three siblings Kelly (27), Emma (23), and Elias (19)…currently studying math with a minor in education at St. Edward’s…hopes to use her math skills to become a high school math teacher…her hobbies include playing the guitar and singing.
