• 2-TIME HEARTLAND CONFERENCE COMMISSIONER’S HONOR ROLL RECIPIENT

2016 (SOPHOMORE):

• Participated in four meets on the season including the Heartland Conference Championship (10/22)
• Earned personal bests in the 5K (21:26.09) at the Missouri Southern Stampede, and the 6K (26:08.2) at the George Fox Invitational (10/15)

2015 (FRESHMAN):
Competed in six events for the Hilltoppers…best finish came at the Southwestern Invitational (10/16) in which she finished 15^th…best 5K time came at the Missouri Southern Stampede (9/19) where she ran 21:28.
 
PREP:
A varsity letterwinner for Kristina Dube at Oak Ridge High School...competed in track and cross country...track events included the 5K (20:59), 2-mile, 3200 meters (13.44), 1600 meters (5:48), and 800 meters (2:28)...earned the leadership award...member of Mu Alpha Theta, the math honor society, the history honor society and the english honor society.
 
PERSONAL:
Shawntel Rene Goff was born on October 7, 1996...daughter of David and Thea Goff...has four siblings: Theo (16), Haley (14), Crystina (10), and Daniel (6)...majoring in kinesiology and plans to become an occupational therapist...hobbies include children's ministry...competing is Shawntel's biggest athletic thrill.
