Junior (2011): Started 16 matches while seeing action in 22…played 66 sets throughout the duration of the season…recorded 85 kills for a kills per set average of 1.29…accounted for 112 points on the year…points per set average was 1.70.
 
Sophomore (2010): Started 31 out of 32 matches for the Hilltoppers…saw action in 113 sets…tallied a 2.16 kills per set average with a total of 244 kills on the season (third on team)…added 278.5 points (fourth on team) for a points per set average of 2.46.
 
Freshman (2009): Played in 29 matches while starting 11 for the Hilltoppers…totaled 82 sets played throughout the season…recorded 118 kills for a kills per set average of 1.44…scored 136.5 points on the year…points per average was 1.66.
 
Club: Played for the Waco Juniors.
 
Prep: Played four years at Waco Midway High School…helped her team win the 2008 state volleyball championship…also lettered in powerlifting where her team was ranked fifth in the state of Texas…was on the A-B Honor Roll.

Personal: Ale’tra Marie Ware was born on July 17, 1991…daughter of Alex and Marie Ware of Waco, Texas…has five siblings: Mekele (32), Cassondra (29), Kristi (27), Trey (24), and Adam (21)…currently studying to be a social worker with a concentration in child protective services…her hobbies include arts and crafts…her biggest athletic thrill is one day becoming a libero.
