GABRIEL ZUNIGA fell 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 at the #4 slot and MATEUS DE COL fell 6-3, 6-3.

"We accomplished the main goal of the weekend, we got to play two dual matches and extra matches which we needed desperately," said Coach Strecker. "We now need to learn the lessons from the weekend. We need to learn to start better in doubles, since the rule change we have not made the adjustments necessary. That's on me. We need to grow as a unit and help each other during the entire dual match. We are quiet at the wrong times. The great thing about college tennis is that next week we get to play again."

St. Edward's falls to 1-2 on the season. They return to action on Friday, February 15 at 1 pm, facing Tyler Junior College in Waco.
