ASU finally got rolling after being held at bay by starting pitcher
JACK GRANACK. The Rams posted three in the fourth and fifth and followed with an eighth run sixth to put the game out of reach.

Holub was 2-3 on the day to lead at the plate while Granack suffered the loss on the mound, allowing six runs on four hits with four walks and four strikeouts.

St. Edward's drops to 7-14 on the year and 7-13 in Lone Star Conference play. They close the series against Angelo State on Saturday at 1 pm.
