AUSTIN, Texas — The Lone Star Conference announced its LSC Academic Excellence Awards for the 2025-26 academic year, and St. Edward's baseball earned the highest Team GPA among all LSC baseball programs with a 3.415.
Angelo State posted the highest overall women's GPA for all sports, and UT Tyler earned the men's overall award. St. Edward's men last won the award for the 2024-25 season.
Baseball's award wraps up a year in which the Hilltoppers earned the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award, placed 37 players on the spring LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, and had eight players with a 4.0 GPA.
